The parties come up with an agreement on Thursday, April 4 -- the house is theirs! Closing to take place the week before Memorial Day weekend -- Wednesday, May 22, 2002.

Announcement may alter the couple's plan for an over sea's wedding, for something domestic. The couple have a doctor's appointment on Thursday, April 11, 2002, to hear the child's heart beat.

Brooke and Nathan move into their new apartment.
